Hi, I'm Aleksandra Andruszak, a freelance yoga instructor, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu practitioner, and a full-time mom. I offer in-person classes at specific times and locations, as well as online sessions.

I've been practicing yoga for many years and it has become an integral part of my life. What started as a way to improve flexibility and find balance has evolved into a profound journey of self-discovery and well-being. I use yoga on a daily basis to slow down and find peace in my busy life. It's my sanctuary, where I reconnect with myself and cultivate inner calm. Beyond personal growth, yoga has significantly enhanced my physical performance in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The increased flexibility, strength, and body awareness gained through yoga have directly translated to improved technique and overall performance on the mat. I believe that yoga is for everyone, regardless of age, fitness level, or flexibility.
